Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
As employees come and go from the university, OIT will need to be able to grant and remove access for university resources including:
- Employee Email
- Department Storage
- Shared Mailbox
- Network Printers
In order for us to grant and revoke employee's access in a timely manner, we have created a self-submit form that is located here:
How Soon Can I Request Access for A New Hire?
Most campus IT resources require a NetID. Access to campus resources can be granted after the new hire has activated their NetID.
