Logging Into the Mailman System

How to Log In to the Mailman System

Visit and log in using your NetID username and password and manage the list using the Basic List Actions below.

First Time Log In Only

Before you can manage your lists you must log in to the system and verify your email address:

  1. Click on your NetID in the top right corner
  2. Choose Account from the drop down menu
  3. Choose E-mail Addresses
  4. Your email will show that it is not verified and there will be a button to resend the verification link. If you manage lists with an email address that is not (for example: or you will need to add that email address and verify it.
  5. Click the resend verification link and click the link in the email you receive to verify your email address. Once you refresh you should see your email address with a green Verified box.
