Public Folders

Public folders are one option for a group of users to access one inbox for a department email address. They also allow for users to send an email from the public folder's email address. 

Accessing a Public Folder

Public folders can only be accessed via Microsoft email desktop clients

If you have issues sending from your Public Folder's address, please contact the OIT Support Center to confirm that you have the correct permissions.
