Clearing the Cache - Mozilla Firefox

There is a slight difference between clearing the cache for Mozzila Filefox on PC and Mac. 

Clearing the Cache - Mozilla FireFox (PC)

  1. Launch Mozilla FireFox, and click on the Options Menu (three horizontal bars) on the top right hand corner of the screen and select History, then select Clear Recent History...

  2. In the Clear All History window, select the following options:

    Time Range to Clear: Everything
    Browsing & Download History: Checked
    Cookies: Checked 
    Cache: Checked 

    Once all of the options have been selected, click Clear Now.

  3. Restart FireFox and confirm that the issues have been resolved. 

Clearing the Cache - Mozilla FireFox (Mac)

  1. Launch Mozilla FireFox, and click on History on the top tool bar, and select Clear Recent History...

  2. In the Clear All History window, select the following options:

    Time Range to Clear: Everything
    Browsing & Download History: Checked
    Cookies: Checked 
    Cache: Checked 

    Once all of the options have been selected, click Clear Now.

  3. Restart FireFox and confirm that the issues have been resolved.
