Clearing the Cache - Internet Explorer

The following instructions will assist you in clearing the cache (temporary files) for Internet Explorer.

  1. To clear temporary internet files, press the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys all at once.Screenshot of the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete key on a keyboard.
  2.   3. Make Sure the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History selections are all checked. Then click on Delete
  4. Once the process has completed, restart Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge to see if the issue is resolved.
